Update to wet patch/swamp on pavement

Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 5022054.

I saw that my previous report of a “swamp” on the pavement had been closed and the dirt brushed off onto the road. However, this has been there over a year and has never dried out including during the heatwave. I believe that there could be a water leak under the pavement causing this.
