Continuous fly-tipping around Costa bins. CCTV has been reviewed and address on waste examined to show that the waste belongs to Santander. Costa staff have spoken to Santander staff to request waste is not left in or around bins but this continues. Unable to take any further steps but this is preventing the collection of our own waste.
