The pathway and grass verge behind our properties needs clearing - properly. This has been reported before and not properly completed. It needs clearing and cleansing. The litter and rubbish is not only unsightly but also encourages rodents etc. This is an issue that needs clearing up and regularly monitoring. We pay council tax and therefore expect the area we live in to be kept clean.
