I reported that this cover makes a terrible noise when cars drive over it. It has collapsed and causes flooding in the road when it rains. Your “process” of updating my request just goes round in circles. You ask me for an update, I tell you that nothing has been done, then you say it’s fixed. It’s not . See photos, one taken in July, one taken today. Nothing has been done to mend this . What a waste of time.

    • Monitor in heavy rainfall
    • Monitor Contractor performance
