Narrow pavement fully obstructed by overhanging plants.

Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 5011106.

4/5 of first garden wall on Pinnacle Hill (east side), at the Watling Street end, has thick overhanging plants. The narrow pavement is unpassable. The overhanging plants make it necessary to walk in the road.

  • Some of it has been cut back. However, the large and thick overhanging part continues to make it difficult to walk only on the pavement without needing to step on to the road..
