This has been here for almost 2 years ! I have previously complained about this issue yet no one has sorted it out yet! This attracts all sorts of bugs, foxes we have also witnessed a rat! There’s children around, they play outside even! I don’t know who put that there as when I moved here it was already there - can someone please come and sort it out?
