Rubbish bins back of church on very narrow public pavement.

Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 5008722.

The Trinity church has 2 bins on the footpath at the back of church, causing people to walk on the road. Very difficult with a pram, pushchair or in a wheel chair. Also it is a blind corner. Now 4 bins on the footpath. Also encouraging fly tipping regularly. Church has been advised to move but still there.
