Update needed for wall collapse

Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 5007853.

There needs to be an update for the roadworks and temporary traffic lights for the wall collapse, it has been like this since the start of the year, the end date of 30th September for roadworks will more than likely be extended, just tonight alone the 401 going down the hill was stuck because too many cars were also unable to move forward because of the traffic lights, who were also blocked by drivers still parallel to the roadworks.
