Ongoing problems with temporary lights

Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 5007590.

The work under the A2 underpass have been ongoing for weeks . Last week the road reopened and the following day was dug up again. No workers on site and unclear what is happening and for how long. Temp lights often do not work and phasing causing significant delays around South Welling and Blackfen
