Big bag of rubbish sitting on the green patch avenue road/Pickford road

Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 5006859.

Litter again a big bag of rubbish, bottles cans has been sitting on the patch of grass (near tree) on the corner of avenue road and Pickford road! Been there, over two weeks and nobody has picked up. Also I reported litter in avenue road by bus stops and tribunal courts in avenue road a week ago and litter remains on the concourse pavements! What’s going on. Also litter again Pickford lane ! It seems we have a good month of clearing litter and then back to litter building up again.
