Failure by Council to deal with problem of plants over pavement

Reported via desktop in the Other street defect category anonymously at 11:38, Monday 18 September 2023

Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 5005301.

I have already reported this problem (5.8.23). The hedging round the car park needs cutting back from the pavement and the small elm tree on the south west corner needs its branches raised. A resident in a wheelchair with his secateurs did the hedging job. However he was unable to remove the branches overhanding Elm Road pavement - foliage down to 4 ft.
