Branches sticking out onto pathway at eye level, an accident waiting to happen. Nettles and overgrown shrubbery make the pathway impassable for some. Rubbish dumped at entrance. Hazardous pathways due to lack of maintenance Issue has been worsening over last 3 weeks.
