Door closer on play area gate is broken (again!)

The closer on the gate to the entrance of Russell play park (Woolwich Road side) is broken (again), and the gate is left wide open. Whilst playing in the park with small children, a number of dogs entered the park through the open gate, and there is also alot of dog poo throughout the play area. Dogs entering the park are dangerous to small children, and I am concerned for the safety of the children playing the park.
