Lots of street furniture restricting width of pavement for mobility scooter users and pedestrians.
WHY could they not have all been put nearer the kerb line.
This is causing issues because of the BAD design - The Principal Designer should have raised this as an issue under the CDM Regulations 2015. The Client should rectify this ASAP.
