Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 4989181.

Lots of litter all on the grass verges ,bottles takeaway packaging in penhurst, burns and portland avenue it looks horrible the street cleaning vans only clean the road not the pavement which needs attention it's been like this for a month now.
