Hi, it’s seems from the photos that the residents on the right of the photo have made an improvement, but the residents on the left of the photo from the road up towards the bike rack have made no attempt to improve the safety and have not cut back the bushes.

What is the delay in the council managing this and dealing with the residents that have not attempted to improve the alleyway safety!!
