Drain liable to block from contractors slurry

Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 4973115.

Yet again contractors are digging up road in bridgen rd.As in previous works sludge and debris flows down to drain at junction shown. Is it to much to ask contractors to flush through their debris at drain to ensure it doesnt get blocked as in previous times rendering Elwood drive liable to flooding.
