Scaffolding erected across footpath

Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 4968649.

Builders have erected scaffolding across footpath 186. It is more of a serious hazard because the poles have not been covered in yellow polystyrene sleeving identifying the vertical scaffold poles as a hazard. The problem is at the Oaklands Close end of the footpath which runs from Oaklands Close to Townley Road
