Lamp post missing

Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 4959006.

In May 2023, the lamp post was removed by either yourselves or Thames Water. It is very dark with the lamp post missing. I called sometime ago about this and was told that Thames Water were going t replace it. Can this be done please, anyone could trip over a hazard or be attacked in the street as there is no illumination.

  • Light is still not working please advise what is happening and how long this will take

  • This was removed on behalf of Thames Water. The lamp has been replaced by us now that they have finsihed their works but now needs to be connected up by UKPN. This can take up to 6 weeks and is outside our control when it will happen.

    Please let us know if the matter is not resolved after 4 weeks.
