Abandoned vehicle smells of drugs. Drivers window open 2 tyres completely flat, broken suspension has been parked taking up 2 parking spaces . Believe drug related as you can smell drugs as you get close the vehicle. Bring the neighhood down is near a school where children get dropped off and we already have a parking problem
