Speed bumps directly in front of drive.

I raised this many years ago and was ignored. However the road has been resurfaced this week. The previous hump always scrapes the bottom of my car if reversing in. Which given the tiny space you allow on drop downs is the best way to park in your own drive. Because people will park right to next to it making it difficult to reverse out. Now the speed hump has been replaced it is even higher. My car scraped the floor as I drove in. This is unacceptable. Please respond and have this dealt with appropriately. We pay 2k a year for council tax which quite frankly is beyond me where it goes. Terrible management of your residents.
