Cement Delivery Vehicle completely destroyed pavement

A cement delivery vehicle belonging to MBM Readymix (medwaybm.co.uk) Reg No LT23 EWU arrived at approx 4.00pm to deliver to 24 Buckingham Ave. It parked on the pavement outside no 22 and as you can see from the photos it's wheels have completely crushed and damaged the paving slabs, lifting them into a dangerous position.

Well a contractor turned up a couple of weeks ago and threw down some tarmac patches and then spent an hour sitting in his cab doing absolutely nothing which I assume the council are paying for. Hopefully this is only a temporary repair as 10 year old child could have done a better job
