Overgrown tree can’t use footpath

34 ramsden Erith road have a very overgrown tree in there back garden with low hanging branches which also has brambles amongst them which are prickly and all at head height so low you can not use the foot path so have to walk on the grass verge or road please get them to cut it so the path which is public can be used by the public who pay there council tax to use public foot paths safety Thank you

I reported a number of overhanging trees and prickly bushes that stopped the use of footpaths none have been rectified

Tbh I didn’t expect it to be done when you have to report these problems yourself it’s just what I expected, can’t a letter be sent to the property or an inspection carried out and a knock on the door to the occupant to ask them to rectify the problem. Ummm doesn’t look like it does it !!!!
