Public footpath can’t van be used due to low hanging branches

33 frinstead road has a tree with really low hanging branches that are stopping the use of the alley way between frinstead and avenue road u have to literally stoop really low to get pass them the tree is at the end of there garden hanging over into the alleyway next to there house they also have a hedge at the front which has taken over half of the pavement this has been going on for years but the tree has now got so overgrown it’s almost impossible to use the alleyway which is a public footpath

The whole garden front and back is just growing everywhere the front of the house has a bush that has taken over half the path and half the entrance to the alleyway. When I walked there today it looks like people have been breaking branches of the hanging tree just to get past
