Bedford Road Sidcup DA15 7JP has recently been resurfaced. The drop kerb outside my house is now level with the road and also chipped whilst the old road surface was taken up. During heavy rain it is flooding over on to the pavement and up my garden path which is causing me considerable concern. My address is 12 Bedford Road
