Fly-tipping causing real mess in the area

Hello, We have this ongoing issue for months and would very much appreciate your help. People in the neighbourhood are leaving rubbish bags outside this bin and it has become a high attraction for foxes. Overnight this place is becoming like a garbage dump, not to mention the noise and smell left behind. Lately we noticed cars driving around and just throwing full rubbish bags outside their windows which has become the peak of the iceberg. We live right opposite, and all that rubbish spreads around and comes straight onto our doorsteps. At this point we’re tired of cleaning the neighbourhood everyday and picking someone else’s trash. Have tried to solve the issue ourselves leaving polite notes on the bin and speaking to the neighbours we recognised as fly-tipping offenders over CCTV, but it didn’t helped at all. We are kindly asking for your support, if you could please send someone to clean the area and eventually completely remove this bin from place since I’m afraid that might be the only option to resolve the fly-tipping issue. Many thanks

The bin is still there and random people are still leaving bags with rubbish everyday which are being devoured by foxes at night causing a real mess. We are tired of cleaning up and reporting it to council every few days. We requested multiple times for this bin to be completely removed from the area but don’t think anyone cares!
