The drain outside Bexley Garage is blocked, for approximately a year. When there is a deluge that causes water in the road, the water does not flow away and creates a large puddle. When cars relentlessly drive by, they push/splash the water down the slope into the garage and into the MOT bay, causing standing water, that has to be pumped out. This is a danger to the mechanics standing there
