A 2nd case opened for the same issue - which never got resolved (case number 4103021). We cannot leave our drive to walk when it’s been raining without getting soaked. The overflowing water is damaging our front wall where the cement is eroding away making the wall not safe. The paths on the road are so narrow, they’re dangerous as it is for such a busy road, let alone getting soaked.

    I cannot leave my drive way on foot without getting soaked in heavy rain - like now. If there are multiple cars on the drive i also cannot access the boot without getting soaked
