Pot Hole Repair causing problems

Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 4842998.

The pot hole has been repaired but the tarmac was not allowed to dry properly before vehicles could pass over it consequently the tarmac has dried uneven and is causing a noise when the vehicles go over causing the resident's sleep to be disturbed during the night when the vehicle overtakes parked buses.
