The house next door to me 342 Blackfen road has been empty for over 18 months due to the resident passing away. The garden is so overgrown that is is now all in my garden. I am a recently new widow and single mum with very little help. Can I please have some assistance for this to be rectified. Kind regards Lianne Hodge
