The tree outside 8 - 10 curran avenue regularly has small branches falling in light winds. Three weeks ago 5 foot long branch fell oh the footpath, just missing a parked car, this occurred during calm weather. I do feel the tree needs pruning, as it gets bigger the branches falling are getting larger. I do feel this is a public health and safety problem. If that branch hit someone, it may have caused a serious injury. All said and done it is a lovely tree that just needs pruning.
