Passage obstruction

This problem has been going on for several months but it was still difficult to use, but now they threw a lot of rubbish in the alley at the end of my yard, remains of a sofa, fences, weeds, wood, carpets, among others, completely obstructing the passage, it is impossible to go through that route, not to mention the accumulation of litter that can be dangerous.
