Problem with tree roots pushing into garden wall

The main root from the tree is now starting to push the concrete up along the bottom of the wall and gradually moving the wall as there is signs of it beginning to lean back into the garden. There are suckers from the root on the inside of the garden wall and further down at the bottom of the driveway.
