Defective paving stone

The paving stone outside Londis on sterling Road Erith da8 3jh is very dangerous and can cause an accident as this is a trip hazard. Almost fell down when coming out of the shop. The shop assistant said this has been reported but no action as been taken. Please look into this to avoid a major accident from happening.
