Overgrown low level tree branches restricting use of pavement especially for the visually impaired.

Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 4669052.

Trees and shrubs abutting the Hollies stop people passing each other on the pavement. Branches could cause injugrty to the old or infirm and especially those with impaired vision. This, coupled with the state of the pavement (hazardous) leaves residents very vulnerable.

    • Carrying out enforcement noticing/investigations that are restricted by set timescales
    • Monitor for misuse or gather evidence
    • Monitor in heavy rainfall
    • Monitor Contractor performance
    • Requires reinspection after other internal/external involvement
