Flooding in the road (reporting for the 3rd time)

Reported via mobile in the Flooding in the road category anonymously at 13:22, Mon 12 June 2023

Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 4661261.

This is now being reported for the 3rd time in 2 years. Each time it’s reported, the case is left open for nearly a year and then closed with a “fixed” status and this has never attempted to be resolved. The first time it was under case number 2742964 and then again under 3934642. The photos attached have been taken today and the issue is absolutely not resolved. Water floods in the road and is thrown all over our drive and at passers by, we cannot get in or out of our car when it rains because of the water being thrown from the road puddles by cars driving past. Please can somebody contact me to tell me why this is being marked as resolved when nobody is looking at this?

  • How can the status of the ticket go from action scheduled to ‘being investigated’? Reporting this incident is going round in circles
