Dangerous road and pavement I am a pensioner who feels unsafe trying to find the bus stop

The whole of the pavement is damaged trees overhanging you cannot see the bus stop half of the pavement is taken up because of trees and shrubs broken pavement extremely dangerous poor visibility it’s an accident waiting to happen. Because the pavement is so dangerous there is no safe place to cross and considering it is opposite an old people’s home/care home this should not be allowed to happen.
