Leaves constantly falling from overgrown tree and causing blockage of my drainage system.
Reported via mobile in the Street category anonymously at 16:41, Sunday 4 June 2023
Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 4629966.
The tree is outside 37,Axminster Crescent,Welling .My property is 35,Axminster Crescent,Welling DA16 1HQ.This tree is overgrown and urgently needs cutting back as it is causing many problems. It overhangs my neighbours front garden,it is constantly dropping leaves and they build up on my drive,so every two days i have to spend time tidying them up,the fallen leaves block my drainage system so again i have to spend my time in taking the leaves out. This is all very time consuming and has been going on for 9 weeks now. I am 62 years of age and my back is starting to feel the effects of constantly bending to keep the fallen trees from building up on my driveway. The leaves could be diseased as they are shrivalled on the tree.On 1st June 2023 the tree had a few lower branches taken off,but this is nowhere near enough. I have attached a photo of the said tree.
