I’m getting to the point where I don’t believe this is ever going to be seen by a human. Waste of time complaining as it’s just a robotic response.

Still no response to my reporting a broken and sunken pavement which is a trip hazard. This was the result from when Thames water dug up the pavement to do repairs and was not inspected afterwards. Obviously Thames Water do not have a snagging policy that is followed.

I reported this sunken and broken paving slab back in January 2023. Since then absolutely no contact from anyone, just this robotic questionnaire. When Thames water excavated to see if we could have a water meter the “repairs” where not inspected so it would and should be a matter of urgency that it is now inspected due to my customer complaint.
