Trees from martens grove park hanging over onto number 90 martens avenue

A lady called today to report that there is a few trees that are over hanging from martens grove park onto her property which is number 90 martens avenue. this issue has been reported on a number of occasions and nothing has been done she said. if someone can look into this that would be great thank-you.
