Flytipped wheelie bins

Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 4599397.

There are 2 wheelies bins overflowing with rubbish that have been left outside number 12 they are attracting flies, they do not belong to the residents and have been there over 3 weeks now, This has already been reported several times ref 4573625 but they are not being removed they are now a health hazard please remove asap
