The van appears to be taxed with a valid MOT but have no idea who it belongs to, and hasn’t moved from this spot for close to two months. It may not be abandoned and the owner lives in one of the flats here, but as it hasn’t moved for so long, and the weeds are growing around it, can only assume it’s been dumped.
