Building materials are being delivered here and left for weeks and it’s obstructing pavements, it’s in a parking bay which now can only fit one car on and not two

This property is having lots of building work but keep using this side road for deliveries of building materials. They had ballast delivered in the same spot which was there for two weeks !!! which was removed yesterday to now have these stones delivered there this morning and haven’t even attempted to remove any of it today !!! This is a public footpath /road and as a resident I have to pay for a parking permit to park in a bay which is hard enough without having this mess now taken a bay up !!
