Over hanging shrub that is taking up the pavement and causing pedestrians to walk out near the road. Wheel chairs or blind people would have trouble getting past it.

  • This shrub is still over hanging the pavement and is very dangerous to the public in an extremely very busy road for traffic and heavy haulage. This needs cutting back as a priority.
