Damaged concrete bollard

Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 4590533.

A 3 foot concrete bollard has been hit by a van, london and quadrant installed these, so residents can gain disabled access. the bollard is cracked from the ground, and could be knocked over easily . London and quadrant are not available to deal with this, this needs to be made safe
