Litter at bus stop

Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 4589751.
Resident has to go out most days and clear the rubbish and litter left here at the bus stop the bin is overflowing most days and at night the foxes attack the bin. He goes out most days and sweeps and clears this up. No fair is there anything that can be done to make this bin fox proof apart from being emptied regular . Takes photos send in and again today sending pics of bin. Other wise he says can the bin be taken away altoghter and avoid this nuisance ?
