Excessive tree growth

Please can the trees be trimmed as they are becoming overgrown with shoots around the main trunk which in some cases is now overhanging the pavement. There is also a broken tree that needs replacing.

    It was reported a month ago. It is getting worse. Either trim shoots from the trees or let me know and I will ask for volunteers to do it. Many thanks
