Someone else has reported this mess few weeks ago and again, Bexley Council cannot be bothered to clean it! Now the foxes or birds ripped the bags off and the whole place looks like a s...! When Is Bexley Council going to clamp down on those morons who constantly trash this place? The whole road looks disgusting and would fit in any 3rd world country. Well, welcome to Bexley, the dirtiest borough!
