• The case has now been closed as our investigations have been completed and the necessary repairs arranged where it relates to items maintainable by Bexley. This may require replacement materials to be ordered or works needed by external agencies (such as UK Power Networks or Housing Association) which may then take up to 4 weeks.

  Please let us know if the matter is not resolved after 4 weeks.

  The repair has not been made sufficiently. there is still single insulated cables in a public. this is also a trip hazard. the Lamp post has not been replaced. please see enclosed photos taken today and another from Google maps street view of the lamp post knocked over before it was removed.

• As above I checked yesterday and the issue is still present. Basic insulation is still showing and is a potential danger
