Rug dumped

Sent to London Borough of Bexley less than a minute later. Report ref: 4535321.

Have reported this previously. Tied up rug has been dumped on the grass verge outside Nos 34/36 and the branches on the bottom of the tree are starting to grow around it. Could this please be removed, additionally the tree also needs cutting back again before it starts to cause a problem on both the road and footway.
